I would just add that if you are moving to a developing country and you feel the need to create a "Black in Bali community" or a "whatever-your-exclusive-tribe is community" , just don't go. Developing countries have their own challenges and don't benefit from more baggage.

If you want to escape to somewhere, don't recreate the thing you are escaping from.
